Vessels who have the offline installation installed on a non dedicated PC

Effective Jan 1 2019 , MMV will no longer support offline installations onboard a vessel where the installation was performed on a Computer where: 

a) The computer does not exist permanently on the Vessels Local Area Network , example a Laptop

b) The computer has other shared software applications running and is not a dedicated to ManageMyVessel

Action Required:

Vessels or Management Company must review the Section "System Requirements and IT Requirements"  and update the hardware and Installation to meet these requirements.

Once that is completed the Vessel can proceed with a Request to transfer over the Offline version and License to the new Hardware by reviewing "The Offline Installation Process"

Cost for the Upgrade from old Hardware to Required hardware $ 150 per hour installation fee.
