- Added “Publish and Verify” button in the document editor so that the newly edited document can be verified and published at the same time (if the user has permission to verify the document).
- The following new fields are added into the crew profile:
- General Information tab: Proficiency in Rescue Boats, Garbage Officers.
- Employment tab: Personal Effects, Jacket Size, Shirt Size, Dress Size, Trousers Size, Shorts Size, Skirt Size, Overall Size and Shoe Size.
- The Announcements tile in the homepage now includes the link for the attachments.
- The information in the Missing Mandatory Documents folders in the documents module can now be exported to Excel and PDF.
- An icon to indicate the document verification status is added to the Vessel Mandatory Document Matrix Report and the Crew Mandatory Document Matrix Report
- The triggers and automations in the Vessel Mandatory Documents and Crew Mandatory Documents can now be copied to the Vessel Mandatory Document Profiles and Crew Mandatory Document Profiles.
- When the document is approved with a comment, an asterisk will be added to the verification status icon (the icon will be displayed as “Approved *”). The filter panel in the document view also has a new option to filter the document status of “Approved (with comment)".
- The “Middle Name” for the crew and guests is added as an option in the Blank Trip Report and the Crew and Guest Report for the trip.
- The fleet user can add shared Vessel Reports to another fleet users.
- Added the ability to define a vessel in the sub account as a primary vessel. By default, the first vessel created in the sub account is designed as the primary vessel.
- The sub account tile in the fleet home page now displays the following information from the primary vessel: Vessel Name, LOA, Flagstate, Call Letters, IMO and Official Number.
- The sub account filter and selector in the fleet account will now display the following fields from the primary vessel: LOA, Gross Tonnage, Flagstate, Class Society and Registration Type.
- The Management tab in the vessel profile contains the following new field: Ship Emergency Response Service.
- The Employers information in the crew module contains new address field. This field will be displayed in the crew payroll slip.
- A logo for the payroll slip can be added in the payroll activation page for the sub account.
- An Image tool was added to the form template editor. This tool can be used to display an image in the form.
- Multiple crew positions can be selected for the Captain Information tile configuration editor.
- Hours of Rest Monthly Report can now be exported to Excel.
- A new report called “Vessel Mandatory Document Survey Report 2” was added. This report displays the Survey Window information for the Vessel Mandatory Documents in a grid format.
- A new option called “Other” was added to the Visa’s Passport dropdown in the “Passports and Visas” tab in the crew detail view. If selected, a new text box will appear so that the other passport information can be entered.
- The comment column in the Forms module landing page will display either the Published Comment or the latest comment from the form correspondent.
- The “Leave Unused” column was added to the “Leave Summary” report.
- A new option to decide when salaries should be rounded was added to the payroll activation page. Option 1 is to round the figure when the day rate is calculated and option 2 is to round at the very end of calculations.
- A new field to make the crew salary field as read only was added to the user role permission.
- A new option to display the Leave Unused field with 2 or 5 decimal digits was added to the crew planner activation page. This option only affects the display of the Leave Unused field and not how the Leave Unused value is stored in the database.
- The payroll detail view will append a superscripted 1 or 2 to the crew’s first name if the crew has split salary to indicate which one is salary one and which one is salary two.
- The payroll detail view will display blank instead of “0.00” if the information for the adjustments, taxes, Leave Pay or Notice Pay (in the Leavers tab) have not been entered.
- When disabling the Hours of Rest module, all of the Hours of Rest records in the sub account will be deleted.
Bug Fixes
- When deleting a vessel, the system will delete all of the items associated with the vessel instead of displaying a message that the vessel cannot be deleted because it was referred to by other items.
- When deleting a form template, the system will delete all of the forms associated with the form template instead of displaying a message that the form template cannot be deleted because it was referred to by other items.
- When entering future salary information for the new crew or when the salary for the existing crew is not yet defined, the salary information is not recorded if a future date is entered.
- When a sub account is unlinked from a Vessel or Crew Mandatory Document, the not needed mandatory document information in the sub account will be removed.
- When a sub account is unlinked from a crew position, the not needed mandatory document information for that crew position will be removed.
