- Added Position and Position ID columns to the “Hours of Rests Monthly Report”.
- The following new fields were added to the Vessel profile

- The Given Names column in the IMO Guest List now includes the guest’s first name and middle name.
- The form editor will auto save every 5 minutes. If the editor crashes or the login session times out, the user will be prompted to restore the last saved form when opening the Forms module.
- The form template builder has 2 new components: Multi Fleet User Selector and the All User Picker
- The Options control in the form template builder has a new property called “Show Empty Option”. When selected, the control will display “Select One” as the first option.
- While transferring a crew, the user can now modify the Email and Authentication Email for the crew in the target vessel.
- The inventory profile contains the following new properties: Safety Relevant, Safety Critical, Security Relevant and Security Critical.
- The automation for the Vessel and Crew Mandatory Documents has a new action to change the document verification status to Rejected when the document expires.
- When editing an announcement, the user will be prompted whether or not to move the announcement to the top.
- When viewing the manual, the user can click the View Details icon (the eye icon). The detail page will show the manual history and the alerts for the manual. The user can also view the detail page for the alert to see the list of alert acknowledgement and missing alert acknowledgement.
- Make the display of the “Reset Verification Status” checkbox in the crew transfer page more prominent. And the checkbox is renamed to “Verify the document again after transfer”.
- Added “Date of Embarkation” field to the Blank Trip Report.
- The crew trigger has a new condition to check the crew Onboard status.
- The Guest module has a new field in the filter panel: Onboard.
- Added Position and Position ID fields to the Safe Manning detail page.
- The Home Phone and Work Phone fields in the crew module landing page are replaced by the Nationality and Payroll Number fields.
- The crew profile contains 2 new fields: Religion and Department.
- In addition to adding attachments, the user can now add comment to the Adjustments, Taxes and Leavers tabs in the Payroll detail page.
- Added a new option in the payroll module on how to calculate the Daily Rate: Monthly Rate / Number of Days in Month.
- Added a new condition to the crew, crew document and crew planner trigger: Department.
- The Crew module has a new field in the filter panel: Payroll Number.
- The “My Status Changes” menu item in menu that is being displayed when clicking the avatar icon for the crew is renamed to “My Leave Planner”.
- The landing page for the Crew Planner module is now the Crew Planner Calendar View instead of the folder view.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the bug where the expanded/collapsed state of the tree structure in the Manuals was not restored when the page was reloaded.
- Make sure that the expiration, the survey due and the issue date of the document is later than January 1, 1900. This is because the user often types in the wrong year for the date, e.g.: “2024” becomes “0224”.
- Fixed the bug where the crew who was in the Onboarding status received the alert emails.
- Fixed the bug where the user must enter the document title first before adding an attachment.
- Fixed the bug where the fleet user roles who can access the sub account via the "Other Accessible Accounts" did not show up when configuring tiles for the home page.
- Fixed the bug where the email for a missing Crew Mandatory Document contained a broken link for the "Please click here to view the document". The hyper link was broken because there is no document to view when the document was missing. In this case, the link was removed from the email.
- Fixed the bug where the crew editor displayed an error when the existing Bank ABA Routing Number, Bank ACH Routing Number, Bank Wire Routing Number, Bank Account Number, Bank Sort Code, IBAN Number and Bank Swift Code contained spaces. The editor will now strip the spaces from those fields before displaying them in the editor.
