Add a Missing Document

Go to modules and select the documents module,

click the “Missing Mandatory Documents” found at the left corner of your page.

A list of required documents that are missing from your account will flash on your screen.

To add a new document, click the Add Document button.

Enter a date of issue, date of expiration, and survey due date when necessary

Drag and drop a copy of the document into the upload box and click “Publish” once finished
