Go to modules and select the documents module,
You can run a document report on Uploaded Vessel Documents, Uploaded Crew Documents, Fleet’s Equipment Inventory, and General Documents. You can also run a report on any of the subfolders within these categories.
To begin, click on the folder you would like to report on. Click the plus icon (+) at the top right corner and click “New Report”.
Enter the title of the report in the title field. This will appear under the Reports tab in the main view. You are allowed to enter one or more conditions to filter out unnecessary data in your report.
Select which columns will be visible in your report. You can also drag the titles to reorder them.

In sorting large reports, you can group the data
Once finished, click Submit.
