In entering the documents module, you will first see the Uploaded Vessel Mandatory Document Folder. All uploaded vessel mandatory documents will reflect here, arranged in alphabetical order.
On the left side of your screen, under the Uploaded Vessel Mandatory Document Folder, you will see subfolders which you can click to see the documents associated with that folder.
To edit a document, click the three dots (...) in the Actions column and click “Edit”
Enter the date of issue and expiration, along with a survey due date if necessary.
Finally, remove any outdated attachments, drag and drop a copy of the new document into the upload box and click “Publish”
