Click on the Modules menu and select Crew Planner.
In the Administrator menu, click Crew Planner Administrator.
In the top right corner, click Add Administrator.
Select the role name and specify the permissions or actions they are allowed to perform in the Crew Planner.
Choose the specific crew positions the user will manage or tick All Crew Positions.
Click Submit when finished.
There is an Override option available if you need to customize these settings for a specific vessel.
