- Enable the user to enter more than 2 decimal digits for “Leave Amount Accrued for each day of Medical Leave” in the crew planner activation settings.
- Change the minimum date in the Leave Request editor and Change Employment Status editor to the crew planner start date for the new crew.
- Automatically populate the Port of Arrival/Departure and Date of Arrival/Departure in the IMO Crew List when it is generated from a trip.
- Make the Primary Bank field in the 2nd Salary Information section in the crew profile a read only field and its value is always set to the different bank selected in the Primary Bank in the main salary information. So, if the Primary Bank in the main salary information is Bank 1, The Primary Bank in the 2nd Salary Information is set to Bank 2 and vice versa.
- Added signature pad to the IMO Crew List, IMO Guest List and the Crew and Guest Report.
- After resetting the password, the user name is now displayed in a more pronounced way and after clicking the link to the login page, the user name is auto populated with the user name.
- When the user first login to the system, the privacy notice is now displayed first prior to the Data Subject Consent Form.

- The IMO Crew List can now display all active crew in addition to all active crew who are onboard by selecting the proper option in the “Show Crew” dropdown.
- Added "Leave to be carried over to next year" column to the Crew Planner Statistic report.
- Revamped the account selector in the editors (such as form template editor, manual editor) with a selector that can be filtered based on ISM Type.
- Show the selected date range at the top when exporting crew planner view into Excel or PDF.

- If a crew’s employment starts at the previous month but added after the previous month payroll record is approved, the crew will be included in the current month payroll’s Joiner tab. The crew’s last month salary will also be added to the current month’s salary.

- Added new Vessel Mandatory Document Matrix Report and Crew Mandatory Document Matrix Report. These reports show the status of each document in matrix form so the user can easily see the document status for each vessel or crew.

- The notes from the master Vessel and Crew Mandatory Documents is now displayed as read only when the user edits an instance of the document. The user can add additional notes underneath the read only notes.
- Add the ability to add additional accessible accounts for the fleet user role who does not have full permission. These accounts are accessible to the users with such user role and they will not get notifications from the triggers and automations.
- Added the Salary field as one of the available fields that can be auto-filled in the form using a crew picker. Before, only the salary currency was available. Please note that once the salary information is entered into the form, the system will not check the permission to view the crew salary. The salary will be visible to all users who can view the form.
- Added new trigger for "new comment for missing crew mandatory document is entered" and "new comment for missing vessel mandatory document is entered". Previously, the notification was sent using the “missing crew mandatory document” and “missing vessel mandatory document”. The problem was those two automation didn’t have the “Send Email” action. They only had “Create Alert” action which confused the admin because the notification was emailed when the new comment was entered.
- Address the email notification for the new and edited announcement to the user role name when the email is sent to a user. When the email is sent to a crew, the email is still addressed to the crew’s first name.
Bug Fixes
- Prevent the crew planner from updating the Hours of Rest record that falls before the Hours of Rest activation date.
- The account filter in the crew planner module in the fleet account will now show only accounts with crew planner enabled.
- The account filter in the payroll module in the fleet account will now show only accounts with payroll enabled.
- Show all missing crew mandatory documents in the Onboarding tab in the crew detail view when the crew is in onboarding process. Previously, only crew mandatory documents that are required for onboarding were shown.
- The sub account users who have “Manage Users in Sub Account” permission can now reset the user password.
- The folders that come after the “Safety Management” and “Crew Management” folders in the Manual and Form Templates administration page are now sorted alphabetically.
- Fixed the bug where the vessel mandatory document report filter based on Survey Due didn't display the vessel mandatory documents with Survey Window.
- Fixed the bug where the guest profile could not be moved to the root Guests folder.
