- When creating and editing a leave request that spans 2 crew planner years, the editor will take into account the allocated flights from both years. Therefore, the crew can borrow the flight from the following year.
- Added a new “X day(s) after crew's employment date and the crew mandatory document is missing” automation to the crew mandatory document triggers and automation.
- Added a new crew trigger to un-verify selected crew mandatory documents where the crew position is changed.
- Added “Safety Relevant” and “Security Relevant” filter to the task view’s filter panel.
- The system will prevent fleet account users from logging into another sub account when there is more than one tabs opened in the browser.
- The “Leave Carried Over” widget in the crew planner tab in the crew detail view is now a read only widget. In order to change the leave carried over for this year, you must select the previous year in the dropdown and change the “Leave to be carried over to next year” value in the “Leave Unused” widget.
- Added the ability to add a leave adjustment to the crew status history.
- Fixed the bug where the Effective Date for the new crew monthly salary only went back to the first of this month. Now, you can go as far back as the first of the month of the earliest open payroll record.
- Added “Created” column in the manage Accounts view in the fleet account.
- A new action called “Send Email to Crew Authentication Email" was added to the crew mandatory document expiration automation. This action will send the notification to the crew authentication email (which is usually the crew personal email) instead of their primary email. This could be useful if the crew document expires when the crew is on rotational leave and they do not check their work email.
- Revamped the sub account and vessel filter in the fleet account so that the user can now select the sub account and vessel based on their ISM type.
- Changed the expiration of password reset link to 14 days.
- Removed “Onboard” from the crew new/updated trigger email notification because it was confusing when displayed under the “Crew Employment Status”.
