Linking Crew Mandatory Documents to Safe Manning

When you link Crew Mandatory Documents to the Safe Manning module:

• These documents must be held by the relevant crew members or marked as Not Applicable.
• Documents must be up to date and either Approved or Conditionally Approved (if verification is active).
• If a CMD is missing, expired, or rejected, that crew member cannot contribute to the minimum Safe Manning levels.

Click the Modules icon and select Safe Manning.

Go to Administration menu and select Safe Manning Crew Mandatory Documents.

Click on the three dots and select Add Documents.

Choose one or more Crew Mandatory Documents and click Submit.
