Release 2022.1.22.0
- The Crew Status History in the Crew Profile is now read only. The Crew Status History can only be modified by creating or updating a Leave Request or by Changing the Crew Employment status. This will ensure the consistency between the Crew History, Employment Status and Crew leave Requests.
- The Crew Status History that was updated by a Leave Request or a changed Crew Employment Status is highlighted. There is also an edit button to edit the associated Leave Request or Change Crew Status Request.
- A new automation was added. The automation will email Crew Planner administrators X day(s) before the Crew Planner anniversary. This automation will remind the Crew Planner administrators to review the leave to be carried over to the next year for the crew.
- The “Leave Unused” widget in the Crew Planner tab in the Crew Detail view now displays the amount of leave to be carried over to the next year.
- Flight tracking was added to the Crew Planner. A new widget, “Flights Used/Allocated” in the Crew Planner tab in the Crew Detail view can be used to manage the allocated flights for each crew. Also, the Leave Request has a new property called “Use Flight”.
- The Crew Planner Statistic report can now be filtered by a specific date.
- All active crew employment status is now available when creating a new crew, not just the onboard ones.
- The button to reset the Hour of Rest signature is now available to all Masters/Authorized Persons. Previously, it’s only available to users with full permissions.
- The “Change Crew Status Requests” folder is now available in the Crew Planner folder view. This enables the Crew Planner administrators to manage the Change Crew Status Requests for the crew.
- Added the ability to determine the crew employment status during the crew transfer. The status can be set both in the source account and target account.
- Added the ability to mark the transferred crew as “Onboarding” if crew onboarding is enabled in the target account (please note that selecting Onboarding will prevent the Crew Planner data to be transferred)
- Added the following property to the crew profile’s Next of Kin tab: Spoken Languages.
- Added the following property to the crew profile’s Employment Information tab: Probationary Notice Period.
- Added Covid-19 Immunizations section to the crew profile’s Medical Information tab.

- The “Mark as Not Onboard” button for the Hours of Rest is removed when the Crew Planner is enabled in the sub account.
- The “Privacy Notice” crew mandatory document is automatically set as read only when created by the system (the CMD is created when the first version of the Privacy Notice is uploaded in the “Security and Data Protection Settings” page).
- The Leave Type for the crew will be shown in the Leave Entitlement field in the crew profile when the Crew Planner is activated in the sub account.
- Added the ability to determine the crew employment status when the onboarding process is completed.
- Added the ability to show only the crew status history that is updated by a Leave Request or a Change Status Request.
- Added a comment box when editing any of the Crew Planner settings in the Crew Planner tab of the Crew Detail view.
