1. Show inactive crew status for the Leave Request's Return Status
2. Fixed the bug where sub account user could not acknowledge the alert for fleet document and also added the check to make sure fleet document can be viewed in the sub account
3. Set activeCrewNode as default node if selected node is null in crew's Folder View
4. Make Flagstate column in vessel a dropdown
5. Added a button in FormEditor to allow a direct link to History and Comments tab.
6. Fixed the bug in the VMD and CMD folder view where the page crashed when the selected folder is null
