Some crew are given limited access to view manuals, manage their information and upload their personal documentation. To grant a user access to other modules you must add them as a user. By linking this user to their profile they will have more access to the system and be able to manage their own record.

Link user to Crew Profile
To link a crew profile to a user, go to the Modules menu and select Crew Module.
Find a crew and click (…) and select link user profile.
Another way to link User’s to Crew is to go to the Administration section and click on User.
Find the User you wish to link to profile to and click (…) and select Link to Crew Profile.
A list of Crews will show up, and then find the proper name of the Crew and click submit.
If the User and the crew profile's email address, make sure to select the correct email address.
There will be a prompt asking if you want them to manage their own record. Selecting "Yes" means they will have access to upload documents and change their profile information.
The User will receive a temporary password on their email, and they will be required to change their password on their first log-in.
