Some crew are given limited access to view manuals, manage their information and upload their personal documentation. To grant a user access to other modules you must add them as a user. By linking this user to their profile they will have more access to the system and be able to manage their own record.
To link a Crew profile to a user, watch this video below.
Click Modules icon and select Crew.
Click the three dots next to the crew member's name and select Link to User Profile.
Another method to link users to crew profiles is directly from your homepage.
On the blue ribbon, click Administration and then select Users.
Click the three dots next to the crew member’s name and select Link to Crew Profile.
Select the user you want to link to the crew profile, then click Submit.
If you need to create a new user for this crew, simply click New User.
To create a new user, enter the username and select a user role, then click Submit.
