Reset Password for Vessel Users & Crew

From the Dashboard, click on the Administration in the blue ribbon and select Users.

Click the three dots next to the crew member's name and select Reset Password.

Once the password is reset, the user will receive an email at their registered authentication email address with a link to set their new password.

To reset a crew member's password, click on the Modules icon and select Crew.

Click the three dots next to the crew member's name and select Reset Password.
