  1. Fixed the bug where the document folder view crashed after folder was deleted.
  2. Added Disable Attachments field to the form template.
  3. Enable the deletion of manual and form category even when it is referenced by the older version of a form template.
  4. Hide "Submit and Show Next Alert" button when the alert is displayed from "My Latest 10 Alerts"
  5. Revamped the copy account settings request.
