From the Administration menu, click on Equipment Folders.
To create a main folder:
Right-click in the Equipment Folders area and select New Folder.
To create a subfolder:
Click on an existing folder. Right-click and select New Folder.
To set permissions, select the folder from the left-hand side, then click Edit Permissions in the top-right corner.
Decide which user roles and users—both in the sub-account and fleet—will have permission to edit, delete, and manage the folder.
Click the Copy icon to apply the folder structure to the selected vessel.
Note: Once folder structure is copied to a vessel, this action cannot be undone but the permissions can be changed at any time.
