Click on the Modules and then click on the Task.
Administration menu, select recurring Task
All existing recurring Tasks will be seen in the view below and managed by the folder structure.
To create a new task, click on the plus button and click on New Task.
The recurring task view is identical to the regular task view. You will fill out all the necessary information. Select the task type if needed. Relate to a vessel of tender. Prioritize it and decide if it’s an internal or vendor job
You may also relate the task to a piece of equipment or inventory by selecting the corresponding folder, next assign your task to the proper user role, if the user needs to complete an electronic form, select the form from the form template selection.
Finish up the task details by filling out any necessary descriptions and notes and uploading any files if needed.
In the recurring section, you need to fill out how often this Task needs to occur. You may need to set the Task up as a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly interval.
With the option of setting, it up by days or months, Finish setting up the recurrence pattern and selecting which date this ask needs to begin.
Next, enter the duration, which means how many days the user has to complete the Task. Decide if it has any end date information.
Review all your task information and then on the top right corner, click Submit and create Task to automation or just click submit.
The recurring Task was categorized as a drill, when click on the folder we will all its information on the dashboard.
