Click on the Module menu and then click on the Task
Click on the plus sign on the top right corner of your dashboard and then click on new task
Properly title your task, under the ask type select which type of task it is, if it is doesn’t apply you don’t have to fill this out. Next, select the start date and select the due date of when this task should be completed. You mat tie this task to a vessel or directly to a tender onboard the vessel you may prioritize it , categorize it as internal it as a vendor job.
If you select the vendor job you may create a new one or tie it to a current vendor job already in the system
You may also relate the task to a piece of equipment or inventory by selecting the corresponding folder, next assign your task to the proper user role, if the user needs to complete an electronic form, select the form from the form template selection.
You may use the notes and description section to add any more information as well as add attachments.
When you are finished head to the top right corner of your dashboard and submit and create task automation or simply Click submit.
You will find the task under the incomplete tasks folder; you may click on the view icon to view all its properties and other information.
