From the sub-account, click Modules icon and select Documents.
In the folder structure, choose Missing Mandatory Documents.
Click the Add icon to upload a file.
Enter the Expiration Date, Survey Due Dates and Date of Issue if applicable.
Drag and drop the document file into the upload box.
Click Publish to finalize the upload.
If verification is enabled for the document, a Publish and Verify button will appear.
Click this button to begin the verification process.
Choose a status:
- Approved
- Approved with Conditions
- Rejected
