A Monthly Support and maintenance Fee of $ 69.00 per month per offline client will be billed to the Management Company or Vessel.
This monthly fee covers updates to the offline client and the recurring license costs, alongside any support where the vessel is not at fault.
However additional support charges will be applied where the vessel is at fault due to:
a) Vessel has hardware problems onboard their dedicated PC / VM or internal network
b) Vessel has internet connectivity issues
c) Vessel has had unauthorized access and changes made to the dedicated MMV PC or VM configuration.
In these cases, charges for above will be billed at $ 150 per hour.
MMV will work together with the vessels IT Technician to resolve these type of issues as quickly as possible.
MMV will provide an offline installation file that will only be valid for 14 days and must be downloaded within its validity. The first installation file will be free, and requesting a new installation file will have a corresponding fee of $200.00 per request.
IMPORTANT NOTE : MMV will not bill the vessel directly for services performed where the vessel is managed by a Management Company. All charges will be added to the management company monthly invoice. MMV will bill the management company and it will be the management company responsibility to pay MMV for our services directly on a monthly basis.
