Onboarding

The onboarding process is a series of steps crew must complete before they come onboard.  This video highlights how crew would interact with this process. 

Click the link sent to your Welcome E-mail.

Set up a new password then click Submit.

After setting up a new password, a username will be provided. Click Go to Login Page.

Sign in to your account.

Agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge Company Privacy Policy.

Check the box and I Accept the Subject Consent Form.

Select a Time zone and Date Format then click Submit.

Enter an Authentication Email then click Submit.

Set up your profile by clicking Edit My Profile.

Enter the required missing information in each tab and click Submit.

Required fields are marked with asterisks (*).

Upload Documents by clicking the Add icon.

Upload the document and enter expiration date if available then click Publish.

A confirmation message will appear once you finish the set-up.
