The onboarding process is a series of steps crew must complete before they come onboard. This video highlights how crew would interact with this process.
Upon receiving the e-mail, click on the link and use the username and password to log in. Make sure to copy and paste the username and password as is.
Terms and Condition
You will be redirected to the Terms and Condition page. Read, scroll to the bottom, and click on the “I Agree” button.
If an uploaded document is available, agree to your company’s privacy policy by scrolling down and clicking on the “I Have Read and Acknowledge” button.
Change Password
Once logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Click “Submit” once finished.
Account Settings
In the account setting, enter the correct timezone and date format for your location. Click “Submit” once finished.
Onboarding Process
To complete the onboarding process, comply with the two steps: setup your profile and upload your mandatory crew documents
To begin, click on “Edit my profile”. The information required is already filled in.
Exclamation points mean that there is information required of you. Click on that section, enter the missing information, and then click “Submit” once finished
The next step is to upload necessary documents.
Click on the three dots (...) beside the title of the document you want to upload to view or create new comments.
Click on the icon beside the three dots (...) to upload your documents.
Select the file location or drag and drop the files on the designated section.
If necessary, fill in the date of expiration or the date of issue at the top section.
Once uploaded, the document will automatically be seen under your name. Click on “Publish” at the upper right corner to submit your document.
Continue adding necessary documents. Some of these may be an electronic form to be filled out and signed. Once finished, click “Publish” at the bottom of the page. Add necessary comments and click on “Publish” again.
Once you have set up your profile and uploaded necessary documents, a message will appear on your screen. Your administrator will receive a confirmation that you are through. They will review and give access to your account. You may or may not receive an email confirmation
Once the onboarding process has been completed by your management company, you will gain access to your account. Click on your name at the uppermost corner of the page.
Your Account
You now have access to your profile where you may update important information using the tabs on the left side and the “Edit” button found on the upper right corner
You also have access to all the documents you have uploaded by clicking on “My Documents”.
You may click on the Missing Mandatory Documents tab to see what other documents are required of you.
Depending on your account, you may also have access to your hours of rest.
Also depending on your account, you may have access to create your leave request.
To change your password, click on your profile name and click on “Change Password” located below the Sign out button.
The “Account Settings” is located below the Change Password button. You may set your timezone and date format here.
You will only gain access to your account once your administrator has completed the onboarding process.
