These series of videos show how to set up and activate the Crew Onboarding module for your vessels. Please ensure you follow these in order to properly set up your Crew Onboarding process.
Step 1:
Selecting the required documents for crew onboarding.
Step 2:
Setting Crew Permissions to edit their profile information. Decide what they will see, not see and what they must add in order to complete the onboarding process.
Step 3:
Setting up Triggers and Automations. This step is to set up reminders for crew to update their documents and profile information and to notify administrators when a crew's record, documents have been updated.
Step 4:
After the steps above have been completed. Make sure Crew is allowed to manage their own record and finally activate the Crew Onboarding by vessel.
Step 5:
After a new crew has been added. They will receive an email granting them access to their profile. This video shows how they are responsible for completing their information.
Step 6:
When crew completes the Onboarding process, administrators may view their information from the Crew Dashboard or their alerts and change their status to onboarding complete.
