Create the vessel accounts to be managed by your company.
Click the Administration menu in the top blue ribbon of the screen, then select Accounts.
You will now see the Accounts Dashboard, where all your vessels are organized by type and displayed in the center.
Click the three dots icon in the top right corner, then select New Account.
Fill in all required information:
The Company Name for the vessel.
Choose the ISM Type:
- Full ISM
- Mini ISM
- No ISM
Note: Selecting No ISM will disable access to manuals and electronic forms.
Once completed, click Submit.
Option 1: Manual Setup
Go through each section of the menu and decide which items should be linked or unlinked.
By default, all standard items are linked.
You can also link additional documents by clicking the Link Additional Vessel Mandatory Documents from the top right corner.
Option 2: Copy Settings from an Existing Account
Go to the Properties menu.
Click the three dots icon and select Copy Settings from another Account.
Please allow some time for the data to populate.
Once settings are copied or manually configured, log in to the new account to finish the setup.
