Customer data is hosted in multiple geographically separate U.S. data centers. Production data is continuously replicated between sites so that service can continue with minimal disruption if one location is affected.
Where and how
All primary and standby facilities are located within the United States and operated by established third-party data-center providers meeting industry security certifications. Critical systems are backed up on a regular schedule, and we perform routine recovery testing to confirm backups are complete and restorable.
International data protection
When personal data of EU, UK, or Swiss residents is transferred to MMV in the United States, that transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
