MMV retains customer data during the term of a subscription and for a defined period afterwards.
During the subscription
All customer data uploaded to the Service remains the property of the customer (or the customer's Client, as applicable). MMV processes this data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Subscription Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
Trial period (30 days)
If a customer registers for a trial and does not convert to a paid subscription, all customer data uploaded during the trial is deleted after the 30-day trial period ends.
After termination
Upon termination of the Subscription Services Agreement, MMV retains customer data for a limited post-termination window during which the customer may request an export. After that window, customer data is deleted from active systems, and backups age out according to our standard backup rotation.
Legal holds
MMV may retain specific data longer than the standard window when required to meet a legal, regulatory, tax, or audit obligation, or to defend a legal claim.
