Recovery objectives
Our disaster recovery plan defines target recovery times and target recovery points for each critical system. These targets are tested on a regular basis.
Redundancy approach
Production data is continuously replicated between multiple geographically separate U.S. data centers, so service can continue with minimal disruption if one location is affected.
Backups
Critical systems are backed up on a regular schedule. We perform routine file-level, database, and full-system recovery tests to validate that backups work in practice — not just in theory.
