If you receive the message below when attempting to use the MMV app, there is no need to uninstall and reinstall the application.
Instead, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Close the MMV App Completely
Close the MMV app and ensure that it is no longer running in the background.
iPhone X and later
1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
2.Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3.Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier, and iPod touch
1.Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
2.Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3.Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
Android
1.Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold (on gesture navigation),
orTap the Recent Apps button (usually shown as three vertical lines or a square icon at the bottom of the screen).
2.Find the app you want to close
3.Swipe the app up or left/right to remove it from the screen.
On some devices, you may see an “X” button or a “Close All” option.
Step 2: Reopen the App
After the app has been fully closed, wait a few seconds and then reopen the MMV app.
Step 3: Sign In Again
Once the app has reopened, attempt to log in using your credentials.
