From the Modules menu, select Crew Planner.
In the upper right corner, click the three dots and select New Status Change.
Select the crew member from the drop‑down list.
Choose the Start Date and select the appropriate Leave Status.
You may see a dashboard note stating that Hours of Rest records will not update if only one date is provided.
This alert disappears once the return date is added.
To add the return date:
Click the Add (+) icon.
Choose the Return Date and select any Onboard Return Status.
Enter a description for the leave request.
Click Submit to finalize the leave entry.
If a crew member is marked Not On Board for an entire month in one request, the Hours of Rest report will show “Not Applicable” for that month.
Partial-Month Leave
- The report will reflect only the specific leave dates from the request.
- For all other dates, the crew member must manually complete their Hours of Rest entries.
