Deleting Form Template

Click the Modules menu and select Forms.

On the Administration menu, select Form Template.

Choose the template you want to delete.
Click the three dots next to the template and select Delete.

A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to proceed. Click Yes.

Another confirmation will pop up informing you that all instances created using this template will also be deleted.
Type Yes to confirm and click Submit.

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
