How to add a manual.
Click on the Modules icon and select Manual.
Go to the Administration menu, then click Manuals.
Click the three dots in the top right and select New Manual.
Note: Manuals must be in Microsoft Word format before uploading.
Enter a Title for the manual.
Select the Folder where you want to categorize it.
Enter a Display Order (e.g., enter 0 to have it appear first).
Under Node Type, choose:
- Content to upload a Word document.
- Form to link an existing electronic form.
- URL to link an external resource.
Visible to All Accounts or specific accounts in your fleet.
Click Save as Draft to preview or continue later.
Click Publish to make the manual live.
Adding Manual Sections (Nodes)
Click the three dots on your manual and select Add Node.
To create a chapter, enter the display order as 1.0 for Chapter 1 or 2.0 for Chapter 2.
To create a subsection, add a node under the respective chapter and enter the display order as 1.1, 1.2, etc.
This enables the expand/collapse functionality.
Note: Always ensure the correct display order is set to maintain a logical structure.
