The following section video gives an introduction to documents.  Vessel and crew document are managed centrally by the fleet account.  Administrators decide which vessels require them and who can read edit and delete them.  

Introduction To Documents for Crew and Vessel Users

The users on the Vessel accounts see the required documents for the vessel and crew set up by their fleet administrator.  They may be given the responsibility with maintaining these documents by uploading and updating the documents.  This video highlights the Vessel account documents module.
