Click on the Modules menu and select Hours of Rest.
Click the Administration menu and select Triggers and Automations.
Steps to Create a Trigger:
Click the three dots on the top right corner and select New Trigger.
Enter a Title for your trigger.
Choose an action for one of the two trigger types:
1. If the crew signs their Hours of Rest → send an email to the master/authorized person.
2. If the authorized person signs → send an email to the crew.
Steps to Create an Automation:
Click the three dots on the top right corner and select New Automation.
Enter a Title for your Automation.
Choose an action for one of the two trigger types:
1. Notify of Incomplete Records –notify users (authorized person or selected users) when incomplete records exist for the previous month.
2. Reminder to Crew – send an email after a set number of days if a record is due but not completed.
3. Notify of Non-Conformities – send an email to the authorized person and users if non-conformities are found in the previous month.
