Import of Equipment into MMV

MMV can bulk import Equipment Lists into the Vessels Portal.

To proceed, the vessel must provide MMV with a CSV file in the exact format shown in the sample attached below.

The cost for this service is $566.00, which covers the first two hours of work. This includes verifying that the file is correctly formatted and performing the import process, provided the file is clean and ready for upload.

If the import file requires edits or adjustments prior to import, additional time will be billed at $283.00 per hour.

• You will need to make corrections and resubmit.
• Multiple correction rounds may be required if problems persist.
• Each correction cycle can increase the total processing time, so please check accuracy before 
submission.

Q4: When does the billing time start?
The hours you are billed for start once our team begins reviewing your submitted file, not just during 
the actual import.

Q5: How long does the import process take?
Once your file is 100% accurate, the import team will process it.
The actual import typically takes about 2 hours.

Q6: How much does this service cost?
The initial fee is $566.00 for the first two hours.
If the import process takes longer than two hours, MMV will charge an additional $283.00 per hour.
