Manage My Vessel can create new forms to your specification and upload them into the system. We are also able to edit existing forms to your specification too.
In addition, we can also define the fields within the form, link the form content to the crew and vessel profile, and create Triggers and Automations so that you are alerted when you need to.
You will need to provide a pdf, word, excel or similar format outline of the form. MMV will review this with you and advise of any changes to ensure the form works within the system, along with defining any Triggers and/or Automations you want to implement.
Fee
Form creation costs as follows:
- $150 for up to a 2 page form
- $300 for a form with more than 2 pages and less than 5 pages
- For any forms over 5 pages we will provide a price after reviewing the form
Form Modification:
Form modification will be charged in 15 minute increments and a price will be provided to you for agreement before any work is carried out. Each 15 increment is charged at $75.
Defining fields and creating Triggers and Automations:
- Up to 4 Triggers and Automations $ 150 per form
- More than 4 Triggers and automations we will provide price after reviewing the requirements
Additional functions like form reporting and linking form fields to crew or vessel fields can also be created at an additional charge .
