User Roles define the permissions and level of access each user has within the system. They determine which modules, features, and actions a user can access based on their responsibilities.
- On the Administration menu, select User Roles.
- On this screen, you can view all the user roles available for your vessel. However, you cannot create a new user role from here. Only users with the Fleet Manager role have permission to create new user role.
- You can click the View icon next to a user role to see its details, including whether Fleet-Enabled Login is enabled and the Limit PMS Visibility settings assigned to that role.
