How do I create a new vessel account under my fleet?

Go to Administration > Accounts, click the three dots and choose New Account. Enter the Company Name and select an ISM Type (Full ISM, Mini ISM, or No ISM). Click Submit. You can then manually link items or use Copy Settings from an existing account under Properties > three dots > Copy Settings.

What ISM types are available for a vessel account?

Three types: Full ISM (all modules), Mini ISM (reduced compliance), and No ISM (Manuals and Forms modules are disabled).

Can I disable Manuals and Forms for a vessel?

Yes — choose No ISM when creating the vessel account. This permanently disables the Manuals and Forms modules for that vessel.
