Security and Data Protection Settings are system configurations used to protect user accounts, personal information, and fleet data. They control security measures such as access, authentication, data protection, and how sensitive information is managed within the system.

  1. Click on the Administration Menu and select Security and Data Protection Settings

Privacy Notice

Users will see the Privacy Notice upon their first login or whenever it is updated. The notice provides key information about how their data is collected, used, and protected.

  1. To upload a Privacy Notice, go to the Privacy Notice tab, click Select Files, choose your file, then click Upload Document.

The uploaded file becomes the latest version.

Functions similarly to the Privacy Notice.

  1. Upload your consent form using Select Files and click Upload.

User Roles

Allows you to enforce strong password rules for specific user roles.

  1. Click Select User Roles to apply strong password settings.

You can also require users to change their password on their next login.

Note: Only selected roles will follow these stricter password requirements.

\

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Additional verification step that helps prevent unauthorized access to user accounts.

Specify which user roles will require MFA at each login.

The MFA code will be sent to the user's registered authentication email.

Reset Password Settings

Decide whether administrators can manually create passwords for users and crew.

Alternatively, allow the system to automatically generate passwords.
