- From the Sub-account, click Modules menu and Select Crew.
- Click the View icon next to the crew member's name.

- Select the Safe Manning Capacities tab and click Add Safe Manning Capacities in the top right corner.
- Review the vessel's documentation.
- Select the capacities the crew member can fulfill.
- Define the distance the vessel can sail if this crew member holds the position.
Distances can be entered for one or all regulations.
- When finished, click Submit.
