Users can mark specific fields in a form template as reportable to make their data available for inclusion in form reports.
Once the required fields have been tagged as reportable, users can create and generate reports from the Forms homepage, allowing selected form data to be compiled and reviewed in a structured format.
- Click the Modules menu and select Forms.
- On the Administration menu, select Form Template.
- Click on the three dots next to the form you want to update, then select Edit Properties.
- Locate Field Name for Report section and click Edit.
- Click on the field in the form. On the left, the Properties section appears.
- Enter a Display Name (this will show in reports).
Once done, click Submit. You'll be taken back to the Properties page, where you can click Publish to save your changes.
Creating a Report with Selected Fields
- From the Forms homepage, locate and open the folder containing the form template where the reportable field was added.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner and select New Report.
- Once you have saved the report, it will be available to run at any time:
- Go to the Forms homepage, click on Reports in the top blue ribbon.
