Users can create alerts for crew-related activities and events to ensure that important actions, updates, and requirements are communicated to the appropriate users.

Alerts can be configured based on crew activities, onboarding progress, status changes, or defined timing rules, with notifications sent according to the configured settings.

  1. From the fleet homepage, click on the Modules menu and select Crew.
  2. Click Administration in the top blue ribbon and choose Triggers and Automations.
  3. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  4. Select New Trigger or New Automation.
  5. Enter a title for the Trigger/Automation.
  6. Make sure to check the Enabled box to activate the trigger.
  7. You may also add conditions to control when the trigger actions will execute.
  8. Click the Add Action icon if you want the trigger to send email or create alert.
