Users can toggle a crew member's status between Onboard and Off-Board when Crew Planner is not active.
If Crew Planner is active, crew status changes must be managed through the Crew Planner to ensure crew assignments and vessel records remain synchronized.
- From the sub-account homepage, click on the Modules menu and select Crew.
- Click the three dots next to their name and select Toggle Onboard Status.
