Fleet Account Introduction

The Fleet is the management-side interface for MMV --- used by fleet managers, yacht management companies, and shore-based teams to oversee and manage multiple vessels from one centralized platform. As a Fleet user, you have access to modules for managing vessels, crew, documents, manuals, forms, permissions, payroll, and reporting across your entire fleet.

What you can do from the Fleet

Home: access an overview of fleet activity and key information from a centralized dashboard

My Alerts: view and manage alerts that require your attention

Tasks: create, manage, complete, and monitor tasks across the fleet

Documents: manage vessel and crew documents, monitor compliance, and run reports

Manuals: access and manage guidance for vessel operations, equipment, systems, and procedures

Forms: manage electronic forms, review submissions, and maintain standardized processes

Crew: view and manage crew information across vessels and maintain crew records

Trips: manage trip information and access trip-related records and reports

Hours of Rest: oversee Hours of Rest records and monitor compliance across the fleet

Crew Planner: manage crew status, leave, and important crew dates

Payroll: manage and oversee payroll information across vessels and crew

Safe Manning: monitor vessel manning requirements and check compliance with required capacities

Contacts: manage contacts and maintain centralized contact information

Activity Log: track activity and changes across the system for greater visibility and accountability

Billing: manage and review billing information related to fleet operations
