Common questions
Do I still need MFA enabled to use WhatsApp?
Yes. This article covers switching the delivery channel to WhatsApp — MFA itself must already be enabled on your account.
What if I lose access to WhatsApp?
Switch the MFA delivery back to email from Account Settings, or contact your Fleet administrator for a manual reset.
Is WhatsApp MFA more secure than email?
Both are one-time-code channels. WhatsApp typically arrives faster and is less likely to end up in spam. Neither replaces a hardware key for high-security accounts.
