Common questions
Who approves my request?
It goes to the approver your fleet has configured — usually the Captain or the crew planner at the management company.
Can I cancel an approved request?
Not directly. Contact your Captain or Fleet manager to reverse an approved request.
What does 'Use Flight' mean?
Ticking Use Flight consumes one flight from your allocated quota — used when the fleet arranges your travel. If you're arranging your own transport, leave it unticked.
