MMV lets you save a personal digital signature that can be applied to eligible forms with a single click. This saves you from drawing your signature on every form.

Common questions
A form I need to sign doesn't have a Click to Sign button — is that a bug?
No — that form is not enabled for digital signatures. You'll need to sign manually. If you think it should support digital signing, ask your Fleet administrator to enable it.
Can I replace my saved signature later?
Yes. Open User Profile → My Signature, draw a new signature, and click Submit. It replaces the old one.
Is my digital signature legally binding?
MMV's digital signature is intended for internal fleet forms. Legal validity depends on your jurisdiction and the specific form — check with your management company or legal counsel for anything with legal weight.
