If the Crew linked to a User

Click Forgot Password

Please fill in the necessary details to retrieve your account and select submit.  

You will receive an email link to your registered email address and use the link to proceed with the next step.

You will be asked to answer your security question and create a new password. Once the answer is correct, the system will automatically change your password.

For Crew members (not linked to a user profile)

Select “Forgot Password”

Fill in the necessary details to retrieve your account and set your new password; Once the answers are correct, the system will automatically change your password.
