This section of the guide will show you how to modify the vessel account home page, along with a brief explanation of each tile available to you.
To modify the home page, from the Fleet Account page go to 'Home Page Management' - 'Home Page Configuration'
This page will show you the current tiles that have been turned on, and the order in which they are shown. To edit this click the Edit button.
You will now be presented with the complete list of tiles available to you. To add a tile to the home page, click the checkbox on the left hand side.
On the right hand side you can also specify which user roles can see the tile. This is very useful to remove unnecessary information, or blank tiles. As an example, the Captain may want to see Time sheet data, but the Chief Engineer wont.
To do this click the 'Select User Roles' button on the right hand side, select the user roles you want to see this tile and then click submit.
To reorder how the tiles are shown you can click, hold and then drag the tile into the correct order.
Certain tiles can also be configured so that a specific set of data can be shown, such as the Captains Information tile. Click the 'configure' button next to the tile and follow the on screen instructions.
List of Available Tiles
My Incomplete Tasks
This tile is a mini view of the My Incomplete Tasks page. It will show the user all tasks that have been assigned to them.
This tile will show information about a crew position on the vessel. You will need to configure this by selecting the Crew position you want to show and which fields, such as email, you want the users to see
This tile will show any alerts, relating to forms, that have been assigned to the user.
This tile will show any alerts about a crew profile being updated that have been assigned to the user.
This is a monthly calendar which will show any trips that have been entered onto the system. The user will be able to move from month to month within the tile and can click on a particular trip to see more information about it.
My Time Sheet Information
This tile will show whether the user has completed their monthly time sheet and other simple information. They will be able to click through to see their monthly time sheet.
Crew Document Alerts
This tile will show the user any missing/expiring/new updated alerts that have been assigned to the user relating to crew documents
This tile will show the user any alerts regarding new or modified trips.
Missing/Incomplete Time Sheets
This tile will show the user which time sheets are either missing or partially complete for the current month and previous month.
This tile provides the number of alerts that this user has to deal with
Vessel Mandatory Document Alerts
This tile will show the user any missing/expiring/new updated alerts that have been assigned to the user relating to vessel mandatory documents
This tile will list all the manual sections that have been updated which require an alert to be acknowledged.
This tile will show all the announcements that have been assigned to this user. For more information about announcements, please click here.
Unsigned Time Sheets
This tile will list all the time sheets that have been signed by the crew member, but not by the Master.
Company Logo and Offline URL
This tile will show the logo of the vessel or company and also the URL to access the offline, if this has been purchased and installed onboard.
This tile will show any links that have been defined by a fleet administrator. To see how to add links, please click here.
Past due Vendor Jobs
This tile will show any past due vendor jobs that have been assigned to the user to manage.
This tile will list vessel particulars. You can configure this tile to only show the vessel details needed.
This tile will show all the task alerts that have been assigned to the user.
Other Document Alerts
This tile will show any alerts, from equipment, general or inventory documents, that have been assigned to the user.
Offline Sync Alerts
This tile will show if there is an active alert due to the vessels offline client not syncing with the cloud recently.
Form Report x 4
These tiles can project a form report that has been created onto the homepage. You will need to configure the tile to add the form report.

When creating the form report you will need to limit the number of visible columns.
Message box x 4
These tiles can project a message onto the home page. The message is entirely defined by you and you can copy/paste text straight from word which will keep its formatting.
Fleet User Information
This tile will show information from certain fleet users. When configuring this tile you will configure which user roles are visible and the information from the users profile, such as email address.
