Vessel Mandatory Documents (VMD's) are required documents which have been defined by your administrators and could include documents such as a Certificate of Registry or Insurance policy.

Once some VMD's have been added by your vessels you will be able to run a fleet wide VMD audit to quickly see their status. To do this click 'Document Management' - 'Vessel Mandatory Document Audit':
When the page loads you will be able to select any filters to apply to your audit. Filters include:
- Vessel (one or more)
- Document status (Missing, uploaded, not applicable)
- VMD (one or more)
- Expiration date
- survey due date
Once you have selected your filters click apply to see the results of your audit:
When you see the results of the audit you can then export it to a pdf document or excel document by clicking export to pdf or export to excel:
Pro Tip: If you find yourself running the same audits, instead of selecting the filters each time just run the audit and then save the webpage as a favourite. This will then save all the settings but still run a new audit whenever you load the webpage.
