Manage My Vessel can create new forms to your specification and upload them into the system. We can also edit existing forms, define fields, link content to crew and vessel profiles, and create Triggers and Automations so you are alerted when you need to be.
How it works
Provide a PDF, Word, Excel, or similar outline of the form. MMV will review it with you and advise of any changes to ensure the form works within the system, along with defining any Triggers and Automations you want to implement.
Pricing details
Form creation
- $164.50 for up to a 2-page form
- Each additional page: $75.00 per page
- Forms over 5 pages: quoted after review
Form modification
Charged in 15-minute increments at $75.00 per 15-minute increment. A price is provided for agreement before any work is carried out.
Defining fields and creating Triggers/Automations
- Up to 4 Triggers and Automations: $164.50 per form
- More than 4: quoted after review
Additional functions like form reporting and linking form fields to crew or vessel fields can also be created at an additional charge.
