1. The ability to define new user role.
2. The ability for the fleet manager to define which sub accounts can a particular user role manage. This is useful in case you want a particular fleet user to see only a subset of the sub accounts.
3. The document versioning ability by check-in and check-out.
4. The Forms and Checklists view in the fleet account so that the fleet manager can view the instances of all the forms across all sub accounts.
